Land Planning

 At Redtwig Land Design we have a great love for creating vibrant communities where people are drawn to live.  This desire starts by creating a land plan that is functional while placing the emphasis on the person by creating spaces for people to walk, play, shop and live.  

Cohesive community elements such as signage, entry monumentation, trails systems, community mail boxes and community parks all encourage community pride.  Our experienced team can offer creative and community building for all these elements.

The Trails Masterplanned Community - St. George, Utah

The Trails Masterplanned Community borders a protected tortoise preserve just north of beautiful Saint George Utah. Our involvement ranged from land planning to trails planning and to amenity design.

An extension of The Trails community in St. George, Utah, this multi-family portion boasts Italian style courtyard homes and a condo resort with restaurants and shopping.

Hidden Valley Master Plan

This project is nestled in the Hidden Valley portion of St. George, Utah. Our planners and landscape architects were able to prepare a conceptual land plan for the area with varying types of housing. In addition, community theming elements such as entry signage and trail markers were designed.

Located near the proposed airport in St. George, Utah this planning project focused on the neo-traditional principles of walkability, small community retail and useful community open space.
